I bought this dress at Mark Ingram's Atelier in New York City for my wedding this past May. It was about a size 2 (no size tag) so I had it taken in at the waist and the shoulders (length from bottom of armpit to top of shoulder is 9")....

I had padding sewn into the bust area that can be detached very easily. The satin belt is also detachable. The belt is 27.5" inches in length so the buttons are sewn at the 25" mark but can be expanded to the end of the belt). The dress is extremely versatile and completely comfortable. The inside is satin so it glides with you. It has a low back and it has beautiful floral embroidery down the front and the back of the dress and along the hem. Lela Rose is an amazing designer and still very unique. The french bustle needs to be restitched but I've included photos of what it should look like. There is one small mark on the inside of the gown (size of a nickel) that did not come out in the professional dry clean. I adore my gown but can't fathom keeping it boxed up for years if someone else wants the chance to enjoy it as much as I did !
