a layer of lace hemmed tulle slightly peeking out from beneath each layer. The detailing is truly incredible. I purchased it from a small bridal boutique here in the Netherlands. It was a sample (originally halter neck) and I had it altered to my measurements. I wore it once for my wedding day in April 2009. It was perfect-- elegant and sophisticated, but figure-hugging and glamorous! The dress has since been professionally cleaned and is being stored in a breathable cloth garment bag.
