I picked it up today (8/25) and it will be stored in a smoke-free home. The dress is strapless, drop waist, with box pleats and a chapel length train. NO alterations have been done so you will need to have the zipper pull replaced (as that was one of the things that was supposed to be done during alterations). Dress has NOT been altered so it is still a size 10. I also have 84 buttons from Sally Crew that I was going to have added to the back of the gown that I will include in the sale. Sally Crew's champagne color is more like an ivory for other designers. There are a couple of minimal snags from the dress being next to beaded gowns at the salon but the salon (La Belle Elaine's in Seattle) assured me that they would be easily fixed during alterations since the bodice is pleated and the pleats could be moved to the side or flipped over. Trust me, this dress is amazing! Sally Crew is a local Seattle designer who does not advertise so it's difficult to find pictures of her gowns online. The fabric on this dress is luxurious and the style is a take on a modern classic. Please contact me with any questions or if you would like to see additional pictures. Will entertain reasonable offers. This is a $2000 gown that I paid $1744 for (the style is from her 2008 line and was discontinued which is why I had to buy the sample).
